3. Orders and Payment

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Dodo Payments. By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law or under our Refund Policy.

4. License to Use

Purchasing a digital resource grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own reading, education, and reference.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, publicly post, reproduce, or commercially exploit the resource without written permission from ScaleStart.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information needed for delivery, including a valid working email address.

ScaleStart is not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect email address entered during checkout.

6. Delivery

Digital products are generally delivered after successful payment through email access or download instructions.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute or chargeback. We may maintain checkout, payment, and delivery records to investigate disputes.
